Once ordered, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
Each project includes design and up to 2 revision rounds per piece Once everything is approved, you’ll also receive a final deliverables folder including the native artwork from Adobe Illustrator and the Print Ready PDF files for printing - or we can get everything printed for you at well!
When you are ready to order, you’ll receive a link to your own client portal! A copy of your invoice, your contract that must be signed prior to work beginning and proofs will all end up in this space to ensure things are highly organized.
Once you place your order w will reach out via email, phone, text, or facebook depending on how you like to be contacted and we'll go over the finer details of each piece.
If you are ordering marketing materials here's a list of things you can email over right away to speed up the process, if you'd like!
1. A high quality version of your logo. All files that are low quality make it hard for us to use if we can't easily remove the background due to blur. We will reach out if there are any issues. If you don't have a high quality version of your logo, we do offer a service for recreation. Let us know! :)
2. Any images you might want to utilize on the door hanger. Before and afters are great. Feel free to send an entire folder from drive or dropbox if you want me to pick the best!
3. The general idea of the marketing piece. Here are some examples.
- • Are you looking to promote a specific service?
- Will you be handwriting quotes on the back?
- Is this just a general service to promote all services?
- Something else entirely?
4. Any coupons/discounts you want to utilize
5. Any USP or specific headlines/calls to action you use on your marketing.
6. Any other marketing materials you've had designed in the past so we can get a feel for your brand unless you want a fresh look/design.
7. Anything else you want to share that I should know for this design?
We will have an initial proof sent over within 2-4 business days from when we receive all the completed items! :)
I do offer payment plans as well if you need a bit of time to pay for everything for projects over $500. The standard terms are 50% up front, 25% halfway through (3 weeks at the most) and then the balance 25% before the final files are handed over in the dropbox folder! :)
